The Hydrodemolition System

With the absence of jackhammers there are NO Vibrations, No Micro Cracks and NO Dust.
Our system are quiet, clean and environmentally safe.
When our systems remove the concrete surface they also clean the rebar better then any mechanical system. Delamination and contaminates are removed.
When National Infrastructure completes a deck rehabilitation you are guaranteed a Superior Bonding Surface.

Our Power Pack replace up to 150 jack hammers and with our patented system of hydrodemolition you can be assured of a superior bonding surface free of cracks and contaminents and without damage to rebar.
Our Rehabilitation System prepares the deck so that it can again be as good as it's orginal state when first constructed.
The Corrosion Process

Conventional methods of rehabilitating decks will result in the decks returning to this comprimised condition in a very short period of time.
Hydrodemolition assures you that the deck will have structural integrity for a significantly longer time than with conventional mechanical rehabilitation methods.
Removal to Top of Rebar
Not removing all concrete to 1 inch below rebar does not guarantee a trouble and maintenance free deck.
Only removing the top surface leaves the remaining concrete contaminated with salts, bruising, and micro cracks.
The unexposed rebar already contaminated with moisture and salts continues like a cancer to corrode and degrade.
